Job summary

Caliber Collision Brentwood is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance for the repair process. You will assist estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles, arrange transportation, and handle paperwork.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely repairs in a high-volume shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs, responding with guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles; arrange transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates, and vendors.
• Ensure repairs follow Caliber SOPs and standards across insurance partners.
