Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance to ensure smooth repairs.

You’ll support collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking vehicles, photographing them, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while communicating clearly with customers, teammates, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Deliver active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
