U-Haul in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping customers. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role involves inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, installing hitches, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
