U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service to customers. You will assist with rentals, inspections, and operation of equipment while delivering friendly and helpful service in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers at the center and use U-Scan tools to manage inventory and rentals, answer questions, and educate on products and services. This role includes safety responsibilities and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
