Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and educating customers on products and services. The position offers on-the-job education and a chance to earn bonuses through the 1-2-3 Punch Certification program at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ability to learn and use store technology for rentals and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment and fluids.
• Prepare invoices and accept equipment returns; install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Respond to customer questions and educate on products and services.
• Participate in U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
