Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, motivated team. You will help customers, assist with rentals using U-Scan technology, and arrange truck and trailer hookups. The role includes inspecting equipment and answering questions to ensure excellent service at all times.

Ongoing training through U-Haul University is available, with immediate interview opportunities and potential bonuses where eligible.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and help customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
