Job summary

U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its inclusive service team in Jacksonville, FL. You will assist customers in-store and remotely, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help with equipment inspections.

You will move and hook up trucks, answer questions, prepare invoices, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required, with on-site safety practices and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must assist customers and educate them about products and services.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required and you may need to obtain additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; install hitch wiring.
