Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will assist customers with rentals, use U-Scan tech to manage inventory and reservations, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, answering questions, and educating customers about products and services. The position offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits program where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rentals and services at U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers.
