Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or administrative background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Identify needs, provide information, and schedule services; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Dispatch vehicles and staff to meet customer requests, considering location and urgency.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
