Job summary

Vortex Doors, Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service visits, and ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, or administrative background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
