Job summary

Vortex Doors, America’s highest quality and most customer-centric commercial and industrial door installation & repair company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work in an office-based environment with standard hours. Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service experience; familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• HS diploma required; AA/BA preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering service assistance.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions when necessary, scheduling the appropriate services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate management team member.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer management system.
• Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch vehicles and coordinated personnel to meet customer requests, considering factors like location, urgency, and availability and routed to customer sites.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products and door services to provide accurate information to customers.
