Vortex Doors, America’s highest quality and most customer-centric commercial and industrial door installation & repair company, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Position requires office presence within standard hours; duties include customer communication, issue resolution, CRM documentation, dispatch coordination and product knowledge development to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or administrative background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Patience, empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
• Team player capable of handling high-stress situations professionally.
• Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and providing service information.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions, schedule services, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel to meet customer requests based on location and urgency.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
