Ongaro and Sons in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative who delivers 100% customer satisfaction. You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries on social media and email, and promote specials.

You will collaborate with Dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth operations and scheduling. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Spanish speaker is a plus.
• Inbound call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Relay detailed and accurate information to ensure quality experience.
• Make outbound calls to promote specials to existing or potential customers.
• Respond to social media leads from platforms like Yelp, Google, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.
• Respond to emails from customers and company emails.
• Use call-guided scripts to create a job and book an appointment.
• Review booked calls to ensure accounts are set up correctly and questions answered.
• Work with Dispatch to book priority calls.
• Keep detailed notes in all work orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide cross-department support to maintain efficiency.
• Participate in rotational Saturday shifts.
