Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Dispatcher
• Proven experience dispatching in a fast-paced residential service or field trade environment
• Strong decision-making skills to manage high-volume operational changes
• Exceptional interpersonal communication to manage diverse client and technician personalities
• Proficiency using field service management CRM software and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Execute quick, logical dispatch decisions using CRM to optimize field routing.
• Pair the right field technician to the appropriate job with required materials.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships between customer service, installation teams, and field technicians.
• Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism.
• Drive the service division toward reaching daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Apply company standards and procedural guidelines while adapting to leadership coaching.
