Job summary

Hog Island Oyster Company in Petaluma is seeking a DTC Fulfillment and Retail Coordinator to manage the Petaluma Pick-Up Window and nationwide order fulfillment from our facility. You will move between retail and warehouse environments, ensuring orders are packed, presented, and shipped to high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Experience working in retail, food service, warehouse, or fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain the Petaluma Pick-Up Window for daily operations.
• Process customer transactions and manage walk-up sales.
• Pack Direct-to-Consumer and wholesale orders for nationwide shipping.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize storage areas.
• Coordinate order preparation with warehouse and commissary teams.
