Responsibilities

• Enter orders at the distribution center under automation system controls.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders under automation system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits.
• Audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customers' claims for credit.
• Manage invoicing for COD and open-term accounts.
• Maintain bookkeeping procedures for current open terms and COD accounts.
• Assist with furnish and install programs and related invoices.
• Distribute mail and handle all incoming telephone calls.
• Perform various administrative duties.
