Job summary

Clopay Corporation, North America’s largest residential garage door manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service Representative for the Greensboro Distribution Center. You will handle in-person and phone orders, assist with pricing, and manage invoicing and customer credits.

The role includes clerical duties and entry-level bookkeeping tasks within a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3–5 years of customer service experience, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in person and by phone while entering orders under system controls.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders under system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer credit claims and manage COD/open-term invoicing.
• Handle bookkeeping for open terms, COD accounts, and new customer codes.
• Assist with furnish and install programs and related invoicing/payables.
• Distribute mail and answer all incoming telephone calls related to product and accounting.
• Perform various administrative duties.
