Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversations to assess customers' financial needs and makes referrals to partners.
• Accepts and processes all financial service transactions.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles a cash drawer with balancing procedures.
• Identifies referral opportunities and promotes bank products.
• Maintains security controls and adheres to audit procedures.
• Participates in regular staff meetings and supports banking center goals.
• Promotes outbound calling for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
