Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to foster a positive banking environment, assist customers, and identify sales opportunities. The role involves opening new deposit accounts, handling transactions, and promoting bank products.

You will engage with customers to assess financial needs, make referrals, and support the Banking Center daily operations, including outbound onboarding calls and relationship development with internal partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer while following balancing and cash handling procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services to customers and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems or questions from customers and prospective customers.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions as part of daily duties.
• Make qualified referrals to business partners for cross-selling opportunities.
