WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, open deposit accounts, and promote bank products.

You will deliver exceptional service while identifying referrals and supporting both CSR and sales activities across the Banking Center. Responsibilities include outbound onboarding calls, outbound prospecting, and building relationships to grow both consumer and business banking relationships in a fast-paced community bank environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in cash handling, sales, or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Maintain security controls and comply with policies.
