Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to provide exceptional service, identify sales opportunities, and process account transactions. The CSA will open deposits, promote bank products, and refer customers to internal partners while maintaining security standards.

The role includes outbound onboarding calls, community outreach, and ongoing relationship building with Retail and business customers to grow banking relationships and promote financial wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversations to assess financial needs and refer customers to partners.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles cash drawer with balancing procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Achieves production and referral goals through outreach and onboarding calls.
• Promotes teamwork by coordinating with branch staff to meet location goals.
