• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing and procedures.
• Process financial service transactions accurately.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services to customers and partners.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting, and promoting Retail banking relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems or questions.
• Maintain security, audit procedures and confidentiality of customer information.
