Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers, while keeping a clean, welcoming environment and staying cross-trained on the cash register. You will receive merchandise, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a positive, safe, and friendly atmosphere for customers and coworkers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
