Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, with focus on a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable teamwork to maintain efficient store operations. This is a part-time position located at a Dollar Tree store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and pushing/pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and waste areas.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
