Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to cash register duties. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and be cross-trained to cover front-end tasks as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or customer service experience. You will be expected to lift 30–50 lbs and perform walking, standing, and bending, while delivering strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to cash register support.
• Cross-trained to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, process freight safely and efficiently.
• Merchandise and stock shelves; maintain clean, presentable store areas and restrooms.
• Maintain cash security and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
