Laundry Capital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at our New Haven store. You will assist customers with laundry card usage, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders, while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will operate the register, know product details, stock items, and communicate inventory needs to management. This role offers overnight shifts and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders; address questions or concerns.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products sold and their uses; encourage additional purchases.
• Stock retail items neatly and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report any unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
