Laundry Capital Co. LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate for an in-person, part-time role at our Bronx location. You will help customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, upselling related items, and keeping the store clean and organized. Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, with flexible scheduling including overnight options.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Proficient communication with customers and teammates.
• Able to work with others and stay calm in busy times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate register/point-of-sale accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promote related items.
• Keep retail shelves stocked and report inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report issues promptly.
