Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and associates professionally.
• Able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate the register or POS system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage add-on sales.
• Keep items stocked and report low inventory or janitorial supplies.
• Follow safety practices and document issues in log books.
