Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the cash register or POS system accurately.
• Keep retail items stocked and promote add-on purchases.
• Report inventory or janitorial supplies and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support team and manage any customer concerns calmly and professionally.
