Qualifications

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail sales purchases, wash and fold orders and with any other questions or concerns that arise.
• Responsible for accurately utilizing the cash register or point of sale system.
• Has thorough knowledge of products sold and what they are used for; encourages customers to purchase additional items.
• Ensures retail sales items are neatly stocked and communicates inventory needs to management.
• Reports maintenance issues using log books and informs supervisor of unsafe situations.
• Addresses customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
