Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient service in-store at our West Haven location. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and retail purchases, while maintaining a clean, safe environment and handling the register accurately.

Qualifications

Stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
Lift up to 35 pounds.
Communicate professionally with customers and associates.
Flexible schedule including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
Accurately operate the register/POS system.
Keep retail items stocked and inform management when supplies run low.
Report maintenance or safety issues using log books and notify supervisor of any safety concerns.
Follow company policies including attendance and uniforms.
