Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for its Laundromax stores in Bridgeport, CT. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine operations, and wash/fold orders, while processing sales at the register and keeping the store neat and well stocked.

You will report to the General Manager and play a key role in delivering a clean, safe, and friendly customer experience. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and wearing a uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to communicate with customers and associates professionally.
• Knowledge of store products and services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation.
• Process sales at the cash register and upsell items.
• Maintain clean, organized store and stocked shelves.
• Log maintenance issues and report safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Follow safety practices and wear clean uniform; attend to emergencies if needed.
