Job summary

Laundry Capital seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate in the Bronx. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

We offer a flexible schedule, including overnight options, a bonus program, and uniforms provided. Prior retail or customer service experience is welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Flexible scheduling including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage upsell of items.
• Ensure store shelves are stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety practices and report emergencies or incidents.
