Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register / point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell items.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and safe; report maintenance or safety issues.
