Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New Haven, CT to support daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain a clean, safe shopping area. You’ll handle transactions, advise on services, and help ensure a positive guest experience.

This part-time, in-person role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a team-driven environment where customer care is front and center.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with machine operation, card use, and product purchases.
• Operate the register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Keep store shelves stocked and notify management when supplies run low.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow safety practices.
• Engage customers to recommend additional services or items.
