Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly store environment. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and purchases, while handling the cash register and keeping products well stocked.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or retail experience, good communication, and a flexible schedule to support a busy laundromat setting. Join a growing team focused on great service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Flexible open schedule and ability to assist during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation, and purchases.
• Accurately use the cash register or POS system for sales.
• Know products well and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance or safety issues using log books and inform supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns whenever possible.
