You will work with a supportive team and gain practical experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
