Placements24 is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our client’s Customer Service & Helpdesk team in Upington, Northern Cape. You will respond to inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

You'll document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through proactive service. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.
