SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville is looking for a Front Desk Associate to greet clients, manage class scheduling, and enroll students at our Morrisville facility. You will handle payments, assist with retail sales, and communicate with families to ensure a smooth check-in process for kids attending lessons.

The role emphasizes customer service, friendly interactions, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced aquatic education environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and direct them appropriately.

What will you do as a Front Desk Associate?

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
