Job summary

SafeSplashSwimLabs Newington is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome clients, manage inquiries, and support class scheduling and sales. You will maintain accurate client records, process payments, and assist with donations and events in a busy swim facility.

We value a happy, professional demeanor, strong customer service focus, and reliable, flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic retail is a plus.

• Dependable and flexible schedule; may require evenings and weekends
• Swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience; CPR & First Aid certified (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct clients and visitors
• Maintain client accounts; record information and process payments; schedule classes and appointments
• Assist clients with retail merchandise and manage retail sales
• Prepare and track donations to non-profit organizations
• Schedule, promote and participate in special events; keep client communications updated in lobby

What will you do as a Front Desk Associate?

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
• Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
• Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations
• Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby.
