Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking repair services. You will explain the repair process, coordinate with insurance and rental car partners, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities; can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes and insurance claim information.
• Coordinate with insurance partner requirements, authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Arrange Rental Car / Tow services to provide one-stop service to customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers via service advisors or backups.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates.
