Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain the repair process and insurance information to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements and authorizations.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services for customers.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Manage DRP assignments, appointments, and capture rates.
• Follow up on assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logs and ARMS daily.
• Assist with payments and invoice reconciliation.
• Keep customer waiting area stocked and clean.
• Perform other duties as required.
