Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first touchpoint for customers, guiding them through the repair process and insurance interactions.

Responsibilities include explaining the process, coordinating rentals and towing, and ensuring timely communication. The ideal candidate offers prior customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company coverage.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
