Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of the customer experience. The role involves explaining the repair process, insurance basics, and coordinating rental car and tow services to provide one-stop support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for company insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance requirements and authorizations.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies for one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor.
• Assist customer communication during repairs.
• Monitor DRP assignments and appointments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain customer waiting area and ensure comfort items.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
