Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and to guide them through the repair process with integrity and care. The role supports insurance interactions, rental coordination, and payment processing while maintaining a welcoming waiting area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance claim information.
• Keep up-to-date with insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or a backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and repair appointments; track assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily; secure proper payments.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables; ensure customer waiting area is comfortable.
• Perform other duties as required.
