Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Catonsville, MD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience during vehicle repairs. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance companies and provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar admin/customer service role preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One notes.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure rental info aligns with CCC One.
