Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for our collision repair team. You will manage customer and insurance communications and provide essential administrative help for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, obtain authorizations, and maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and related systems while ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners in CCC One notes.
