Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, handling insurance authorizations, and maintaining precise repair orders. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong written and verbal communication, with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced auto body environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and daily demand planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare repair order work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One notes.
