Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to work at a leading organization in Fargo, ND. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.

You will proactively engage customers via calls, maintain accurate CRM records, support sales and distribution partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales (construction/industrial/manufacturing a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and multitasking abilities, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.
• Proactively engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing order/warranty updates.
• Supporting sales reps and distribution partners, preparing quotations, processing orders, and generating reports for sales and distribution activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams—sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Managing communications across phone, email, and other channels with prompt, professional responses.
• Developing in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to customers.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

What’s a typical day as Customer Relations Specialist? You’ll be:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment.
• Proactively engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and providing updates on order status and warranty claims.
• Supporting sales representatives and distribution partners, preparing quotations, processing orders, and generating reports for sales and distribution activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
• Managing communications across phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
