Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Kitting Associate for 1st shift in Fargo, ND. The role involves supporting electronic assembly operations, picking parts, and performing kitting per manufacturing processes.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20.20 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with basic computer skills and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, or 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Stand for an 8-hour shift and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• English proficiency sufficient for workplace conversation and comprehension of instructions and safety documentation.
• Basic computer skills for logging in, data entry, and navigating key applications (Outlook).
• Availability for occasional weekend overtime as required.
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support electronic assembly operations through equipment setup, general operation, and routine preventative maintenance and calibrations.
• Perform inventory transactions accurately.
• Pull jobs and parts for open work orders.
• Execute kitting/prepping activities according to manufacturing processes and manuals.
• Maintain equipment logs and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate team issues to the Production Supervisor and assist in resolving challenges.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following 5S principles.
